There are two major guarantees that we offer – both of these are explained in depth on their respective pages but here are quick summaries:

The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee gives you 30 days from the date the contract is signed to request your money back.  If you get cold feet or something financially changes, you have a whole month to let us know and get your initial deposit back.  No questions asked!

The 1 Year Land Exchange Guarantee is a fabulous benefit of working with Katherine and I.  We allow you to easily and seamless transition from one of our properties to another at any time, just let us know!  For a small $99 paperwork fee, we can roll all of your existing payments towards another one of your choosing.  We are constantly getting new parcels so you can always upgrade at any time!   We want you to be happy and grow with us so we are proud to offer you this option!
